Agreement to Terms

By choosing to work with Amber Helgeson of Somatic Psychedelic Coach in either a guided ceremony, coaching programs and doula services, or a combination of services—meaning by paying for her services—you agree to the terms outlined below.

Client-Coach Communication and Conflict Resolution
To maintain a high standard of support during the coaching program or ceremonial integration, open communication is essential. If at any point either the client or the coach feels unsupported or unfulfilled, both parties are encouraged to openly discuss the matter. This policy is designed to allow for resolution before considering cancellation or refund.

Coach's Right to Cancel
The coach reserves the right to discontinue the program or ceremony if the client is not actively participating in the agreed-upon practices, goals, or follow-through essential to their personal growth. This helps uphold the integrity of each ceremony and coaching journey, especially in an environment where deep personal responsibility and commitment to one’s healing path are key. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Client Concerns and Partial Refunds
If the client is dissatisfied with the coaching or ceremonial approach, they must bring their concerns to the coach’s attention so that a resolution can be explored. This means the client must communicate with the coach about any concerns, and an attempt must be made to resolve the situation before any refund request will be considered. Should a refund be deemed necessary, it will be partial. The coach will retain a non-refundable deposit of $600 for coaching clients and $350 for ceremony clients, with additional deductions for any time already spent with the client. This partial refund will be issued within 90 days of the cancellation date.

Postponements and Rescheduling
Life can sometimes require adjustments; if unforeseen circumstances arise requiring a session or ceremony to be postponed, both the client and coach will work to reschedule. No refund will be issued in these cases, as the intention is to support continuity and completion in your journey.

Protecting Our Healing Space
In the event of cancellation, it is important to respect the integrity and energy of the work we are creating together. Any public slander or negative comments made about the business on social media due to disagreement with this policy will result in legal action to preserve the sacred space we are nurturing for future clients.

Refund Policy for Doula Services

To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following refund policy applies to doula services:

1. Deposit Policy

   • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm services.

   • This deposit will not be refunded if the client chooses to discontinue services.

2. Appointments and Time Allocation

   • Any scheduled appointments, whether completed or not, will be charged at the rate of $225 per session (in-person or online).

   • If the client has received services that exceed the value of their deposit, the client is responsible for paying the difference.

3. Package Refunds

   • If the client discontinues services before using the full value of a package:

     • The deposit will be retained.

     • Any remaining balance after deducting the cost of provided services ($225 per session) will be refunded.

   • Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the termination of services.

4. Unpaid Balances

   • If the total value of services provided does not exceed the deposit or prepayment, no additional payment is required.

5. Refund Timeline

   • Refunds for unused funds (if applicable) will be issued within 60 days after a thorough review of the account.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

   • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full session charge of $225.

7. Exceptions

   • In the case of extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the doula.
